In 1971, I formed a company around the Bomanite system (colored, patterned decorative concrete paving). Along the way, I added artificial rockwork including trees, waterfalls and streams. After installing millions of square feet of stamped colored concrete, our focus shifted to more and more theme related projects. ThemeScapes is now recognized in many areas of the country as a leader in the unique and growing world of themed construction. ThemeScapes still sells and installs decorative concrete paving and always will, even though there are now numerous contractors offering this work and pricing has become very competitive. At this point we recognize that the theming business is growing faster than we can.
